The Nebraska Dietetic Association (NDA), established in 1935, is a state affiliate of the American Dietetic Association (ADA).    

Currently, there are 630 members of NDA.  These members include: 

·        Registered Dietitian (RD) 

·        Dietetic Technicians Registered (DTR) 

·        Student members 

Many of our members are licensed for medical nutrition therapy (LMNT). 

Certifications are held by some members in related areas such as:

·        Certified Lifestyle and Weight Management 

·        Board Certification as a Specialist in Pediatric Nutrition 

·        Board Certification as a Specialist in Renal Nutrition

·        Board Certification as a Specialist in Sports Dietetics 

·        International Board Certified Lactation Consultant 

·        Certificate of Training in Childhood and Adolescent Weight Management 

·        Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management
