Nebraska Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (NAND) Policy for Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Approval 

NAND is a CPE Accredited Provider recognized by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).  The NDA fee schedule for CPE approval submitted within 14 days of the event is as follows: 

• NAND Districts: No Charge
• $10.00 per credit approved
• $50.00 maximum per program
• There is a $25.00 additional fee, if the request is received 14 days or less from the program date.

All programs requesting CPE must complete the CDR Prior Approval Form and the required documentation to Amy Walker.  For the Prior Approval Form click here. 

Two options for payment: 

1.    Complete the Prior Approval Form and mail form and payment check to:

2.    If you prefer to pay online: 

·         Complete the Prior Approval Form and mail to the above address. 

·         An invoice from PayPal will be sent to the email address that you provided on the Prior Approval Form. 

With both options, a signed approval will be sent once payment and Prior Approval Form are received and processed.
