RD Day Proclamation and Senators' Breakfast
On March 10, 2010 Governor Heineman proclaimed March as National Nutrition Month and March 10th as RD Day. To celebrate, the Nebraska Dietetic Association hosted a breakfast for the Nebraska State Senators.
Master of Science Degree On-Line
UNL is participating in an on-line Master of Science Degree in Dietetics through the Great Plains Interactive Distance Education (GPIDEA). This program is for RDs or people who are RD eligible.
Pam Edward's Congressional Testimony
Pam Edwards, NDA President-Elect provided testimony before a congressional field hearing of the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Agriculture Subcommittee of the Department of Operations, Oversight, Nutrition, and Forestry on August 5, 2009 at the Madonna Proactive Health and Fitness Center in Lincoln, Nebraska. Congratulations Pam for a job well done!
